Campaigns

At times, a major project is undertaken for which a variety of fund-raising activities occur and all donations received are dedicated towards.

The current major fundraising campaign is being spearheaded by the Home’s Resident’s Council with the support of the F.J. Davey Home Board of Directors, management and staff.

This very exciting project was begun in 2006 and has so far been successful in developing Phase I of our "Walkway to Health" and in planning for Phase II.  The Walkway is located adjacent to the Home and is designed to provide a healthy, safe outdoor environment which promotes exercise, socialization, intergenerational interaction and enhanced outdoor experiences.

Phase II expands the Walkway to cover more space and provides for the addition of programming areas, a main pavilion, elevated seating and patios areas.  Implementation of the Phase II Master Plan (click here to view Phase II plan) requires a very aggressive fundraising campaign.
